This was purchased from Airhead. It's a German switch instead of the craptastic Chinese copy. Cost a bit more but so what. If it's not already in the Electrical section, I'll soon have a write-up on the installation process.

Remember: Front is Front. The rear seal goes between the cooling fan and the case on a Type 4 engine.

This is the one sold by Bus Depot and most other vendors. However, Airhead Parts has recently released a Viton boot that should last MUCH longer.

The crushable intake gasket. Aluminum as the factory designed. Avoid paper gaskets. They just don't last in this application. (Note that fuel injected Type 4 engines use a plastic gasket with paper facings that works fine.)

This is the only one available, but it seems that there was a variation on the size in the fan shroud... Later ones were larger. So look for changes in the future to accomodate this difference.

Just like the intake gaskets above, this is another part that should be aluminum but is often sold in paper. Demand the correct aluminum part!

This one was from West Coast Metric. It lasted a month before the gray rubber started cracking and drying out.
